It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marie Antoinette Flanagan of Mount Vernon, Illinois, born in Waltonville, Illinois, who passed away on September 11, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy Morton and Eithel Wilson (Ferguson); her spouse Alva Eugene Flanagan; her children, David Randall Jarvis, Michael Lee Flanagan and Bonnie Ann Flanagan; her son-in-law James D. Knott; and her siblings, Ardyce, Winona, Nelda, Katherine, Louise, Roy Lee and Winston.

She is survived by : her children, Richard Eugene Sadler (Jean) and Patricia Lynne Knott of Bonnie, Illinois; her sister Dorothy Donoho; and her grandchildren, Jeffrey Alan, Amanda Knott, Stephanie Marie, Frederick Zobel, Richard Joseph Burque, Douglas W. Sadler, Charles and Lana Sadler. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
