It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Seitz Sr. (Mount Vernon, Illinois), born in Evansville, Illinois, who passed away on May 1, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Seitz and Ruth Ellen Seitz (Oran); his son Mike Seitz Jr.; his sister Sharon Seitz Herke; his son-in-law Darrell McBride; and his niece Kimberly Herke Ritchie.
He is survived by: his wife Jan Seitz (Allbright); his children, Douglas Seitz and Kimberly McBride; his grandchildren, Haley Seitz, Drew Seitz (Amanda) and Jensen McBride; his great grandchildren, Hazel Seitz, Leah and Hailie; his sister Diane Seitz Hall (Jack); and his nieces, Lori Baker Briody, Lisa Herke Hallmark and Kathi Herke Nickel.
