He is survived by: his parents, Herbert Talley and Karen Talley (Isaac); and his siblings, Wayne Talley (Tammy) of Mount Vernon, Illinois, Jennifer Badgett (Jim Haakonson) of Texas and Tabetha Long of Shiloh, Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
