Ruth E. Allen Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 16, 2021, at the age of 84, Ruth E. Allen of Mount Vernon, Illinois, born in Franklin, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Newbury and Lillie Newbury (Klinker); and her husband Marvin Ray Allen. She is survived by: her boyfriend Jack Caudill of Mount Vernon, Illinois; her children, Richard Ray Allen (Rhonda) of Woodlawn, Jeffery Lee Allen of Dix, Illinois, Vicki Jean Allen of Albion and Kathy Ellen Gutzler (Rick) of Dahlgren, Illinois; and her brother Jake Newbury of Steger, Illinois. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
