Maricela Delgado Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maricela Delgado of Mundelein, Illinois, born in Evanston, Illinois, who passed away on September 20, 2025 at the age of 63. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Maricela Delgado to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Eduardo Salazar and Aurora Salazar; and her brothers, Eloy, Gerardo and Eduardo Jr..

She is survived by: her husband Julian Delgado; her children, Natalie (Daniel Reyna), Julieanne and Adam Delgado; her grandchildren, Daniel, Dominic, Delilah and Donovan Reyna; and her siblings, Irma Quiroz (Ramon), Noelia Torrez (Roy), Adrian Salazar, Alonzo Salazar (Gina) and Oscar Salazar.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kristan Funeral Home (219 W Maple Ave, Mundelein, IL 60060).

In Lieu of flowers donations can be made in memory of Marisela to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital.
