With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Bernerd Hoffman of Mundelein, Illinois, who passed away on September 28, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Hoffman and Mayme Hoffman; his sister Betty Jean; and his son-in-law Randy Racana. He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne; his children, Mathew, Brian (Sharn), Gail and John (Colleen); and his grandchildren, Riley, Tommy, Charlie of Tyler, J. P., Logan, Danny, Brady and Grace.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary of the Annunciation Catholic Church (22333 W Erhart Rd, Mundelein, IL 60060). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
