He was predeceased by : his parents, Lowell D. Wilson and Mildred Wilson (Carter); and his wife Christina Buford. He is survived by : his children, Liz Johnson LeMere and Chauncey Wilson, Jr. of New York; and his siblings, Lynn D. Wilson of Kirkwood, MO., David Wilson of Kirkwood, MO. and Greg Wilson of Cobden, IL.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
