She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert R. Sauerhage and Geneva Alice Sauerhage (Anderson); and her husband Edgar Schack. She is survived by: her children, Fred Schack of Vergennes, IL, Lisa McGrath (Shawn) of St. Charles, MO and Kim Scholl of Colorado Springs, CO.; and her grandchildren, Megan McGrath of St. Charles, MO., Morgan McGrath of St. Charles, MO. and Erin McGrath of St. Charles, MO.. She is also survived by her Children and Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (7168 Old Hwy 13, Carbondale, IL 62901). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the Pleasant Grove Memorial Park (31 Memorial Dr, Murphysboro, IL 62966).
