She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph B. Zapatochny; her parents, John Erwin and Iva Erwin (Miller); and her siblings, Esther, George, Verl, Genevieve, Laura Jane, John, Benjamin, Hazel, Ada, Jess and Obert.
She is survived by: her daughter Rebecca J. "Becky" Rufo (Anthony) of Naperville; her granddaughters, Victoria and Nicole Rufo; and her sister Marlene Davis of Seattle, WA.
