He is survived by: his wife Theresa (Maciejewski); his children, Madison and Maximilian; his mother Judy A. Lauten; his grandmother Rita R. Krebes; his sibling Kim Ruskusky (John); his niece Anna; his nephew Bennett Ruskusky; his parent-in-law Jean; his siblings-in-law, Ken Maciejewski (Andrea), Rick Maciejewski (Jorie), Lori Palella, Debbie Marin (Al), Matus and Kim Richter; and his nieces and nephews, Amanda, Nicole, Sean, Lula, Joely, Vaughn, Leona, Quinn, Beaux and Dashel.
