He is survived by: his wife Grace; his children, Michelle (J. P.) and Laurel (Chris); his grandchildren, Carina, Molly, Tommy, Maya, Jonny, London, Elizabeth and Nathan; his siblings, Beth (Richard), Peter (Jean), Eric (Hiromi), Skip and Allan (Melody); and his nieces and nephews, Gershom (Katherine), Josh (Kate), Isaiah, Hannah (Chris), Alex (Ashley), Neil, Drew (Ruthie), Jill, Steve and Kerry.
