He is survived by: his spouse Kim Petrasek; his mother-in-law Joan L. "Jo" Petrasek; his siblings-in-law, Debra Boultinghouse (Oscar) of Houston, TX and Brad Petrasek (Heidy Lozano) of Boulder, CO; and his nieces and nephews, Kyle Schindler (Margaret) and Katherine Reyes (George).
