He is survived by: his wife Linda Mlady; his children, Nicholas Mlady (Alexis) of Bloomingdale, IL, Kristin Mlady of Scottsdale, AZ and Kevin Mlady of Chicago; his grandchild Luka Mlady; his mother Joyce Mlady; his siblings, Judith Wehner (Larry) of Bolingbrook, IL and Michael Mlady (Bridget) of Lemont, IL; his mother-in-law Barbara Kroll of Bridgeview, IL; and his sister-in-law Patricia Beach of Bridgeview, IL.
