He is survived by: his wife Marcia Milligan; his daughters, Heidi Barron (Jerry) and Briana Krall (Bryan); his grandsons, Elias Finazzo and Aidan Krall; and his stepgrandchildren, Hayley, Jared and Makayla Barron.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Wayne's name to Midwest Shelter for Homeless Vets or Judd Kendall VFW.
