He is survived by: his wife Lupe Torres; his children, Frank Torres Jr. (Lucy), Patricia Conlin (Barry) and Lisa Deutscher; and his siblings, Anthony Torres (Patricia), Felicia Guerrero (Sal) and Rosemary Hamilton (Joseph). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren also numerous nieces and nephews.
