She is survived by: her children, Linda Rejmenczak (David), Marianne Fornek, Frank Fornek (Shirley), Michael Rejmenczak (Hannah), Craig Rejmenczak (Candice), Kevin Rejmenczak (Karen), Daniel Fornek, Jacob Fornek (Christina) and James Fornek; and her sisters, Mary Lou Slaby (late Julian) and Donna Rydell (late Norbert).
