He is survived by: his wife Nanette (Kravchuk); his sons, Michael Joseph of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Steven Joseph of Naperville, John Joseph and Thomas Joseph of Naperville, IL; his parent Joan Kurzydym (late Eugene); his siblings, Kathleen Joyce (Joseph), Barbara Gonzales (late George), Patricia Martinez (James) and Cynthia Stahura (Richard); his mother-in-law Helen Kravchuk (late Richard); his siblings-in-law, Carrie Kane, Richard Kravchuk Jr. (Susie) and Mark Kravchuk (Mary); his nieces and nephews, Adam, Rachel, Elizabeth, Cordero, Megan, Alex, Maddie, Taylor, Natalie, Rose, Nate and Maggie; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lucy, Addison and George.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Autism Speaks or The Alzheimer's Foundation.
