He was predeceased by : his parents, Alfonso Facchinello and Ellen Facchinello; and his brothers, Alonzo Facchinello and Ronald Facchinello. He is survived by : his wife Mildred Facchinello; his children, Anthony Facchinello (Ruth), Lisa Smith (Randall), Michelle Jones (Gary), Jerome Facchinello (Amy) and Katrina Chipman (Andrew); his siblings, Delores Facchinello and Eugene Facchinello; and his grandchildren, Ashley Smith, Tyler Smith, Antonio Facchinello, Ashton Jones, Michael Facchinello, Monica Facchinello, Drew Chipman and Nathan Chipman.
