We are sad to announce that on December 7, 2020, at the age of 85, Patsy Ann Richter of Naperville, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Silas Bryant and Nathlee Bryant; and her brother Kenneth Bryant (June). She is survived by : her husband James J. Richter; her children, Sandy Stevenson (Dave) of North Pole, AK and David Richter (Carolyn) of Chicago, IL; her grandchildren, Holley Visbal (Robert), Olivia Ryan (Sean), Jim Richter (Paige) and Kaitlyn Richter; her great grandchildren, Johnny, LyannaVisbal, Maximus, Dexter Ryan, Jaron, Landen and Maggie Richter; and her brother Marvin Bryant (late Glenda) of Fort Collins, CO.
