He is survived by: his wife Joyce M. Mateer; his sons, David Mateer (Lisa) of Chicago and Christopher Mateer (Holly) of Aurora, IL; his granddaughter Kylie Mateer; and his brother-in-law Len Logan (Marian) of Schenectady, NY.
