He is survived by: his children, David Luther (Rose), Steven Luther (Amanda Vanek), Heidi Rios (Michael), Daniel Luther (Kierra) and Timothy Luther (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Brenden Luther, Amber Luther, Corey Luther, Seth Luther, Maddy Vanek, Mariah Rios, Hailey Rios, Luke Rios, Heiko Luther, Declan Luther, Mallory Luther and Adelyn Luther; his great grandchild Vanessa Martinez; and his siblings, Laura Dodd, Helen Shullaw (Merrill), Jodee Caldwell (Howard) and Wilbur Luther, Jr. (Mar). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
