He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement Poulos and Jeannine Poulos. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Poulos; his children, Michael Poulos (Jaquelin), Taylor Krahl (Brendan) and Brittany Splan (Christopher); his brother Fred Wellman (Patty); and his grandsons, Emory, Brooks, Liam, Wesley and Bennett.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Scott's name can be made to ECAN Esophageal Cancer Action Network or Crossroads Missions.
