He is survived by: his parents, Cora Hoffman (Denton) and Verge Hoffman; his wife Gail; his children, Jessica Iverson (Ryan), Michael Hoffman (Natalie) and Matthew Hoffman (Mandi); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Iverson, Luke Iverson, Matthew Hoffman, William Hoffman, Carolina Hoffman and Jameson Hoffman; his sister Sylvia Kloc; his siblings-in-law, Jim Montague (Helen) and Pam Montague; and his close friend Joe Wisniewski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
