She was predeceased by : her parents, Everett Guenther and Nora Guenther (Schatte); her sister Roberta Robinson-Dowdell; and her siblings-in-law, William Penick, Olan DeLapp, Dale Robinson, Fred Dowdell, Charles Kane, James Jetton, Thomas Gutjahr, Robert Gutjahr, Judith Robb (David), Viola Spelman and Joan Gutjahr.

She is survived by : her husband Albert J. Gutjahr; her daughter Teresa Kasper (Perry) of Collinsville, IL; her sisters, Marleen Penick of Waterloo, IL, Alberta DeLapp of Arnold, MO, Thelma Reiman (Ronald) of Ava, IL, Betty Birchler (Ed) of Sparta, IL and Kathy Guenther of Waterloo, IL; her siblings-in-law, Charles Gutjahr of Coulterville, IL, Kathy Kane of Marissa, IL, Barbara Jetton of Coulterville, IL and Charlotte Gutjahr of New Athens, IL; her close friend Katie Knight (Shawn); and also Emma of Lively Grove, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
