It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William E. Robey (Neoga, Illinois), who passed away on October 10, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, William Robey and Mary Robey; his daughters, Karen and Kathy; and his sister Mary Elizabeth Robey.

He is survived by : his wife Bonnie A. Robey of Effingham; and his sons, William E. Robey and Thomas J. Robey (Christina J.).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to DAV, FOP or the Effingham Canine Unit Fund.
