She was predeceased by: her parents, Motomitsu Toriyama and Yae Toriyama; her husband Danny Gibbs; her brother Mamoru Toriyama; and her sister-in-law Faye Greer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Greco (Don) of Mascoutah, IL, Andrea Patkus of Litchfield, IL, Tia Chilson (Wes) of New Baden, IL and Alisa Pitts (Rich) of New Baden, IL; her grandchildren, Morgan Barker (Ryan), Aidan and Adysen Pitts; her great grandchild Mackenzie Barker; her sisters, Ikuyo Yokota and Kazuko Tanaka; and her cousin Sumie Williams of Amarillo, TX. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
