She was predeceased by : her parents, Pietro Elipani and Ester Elipani; her husband Arthur Hammermeister; her son James Hammermeister (Dolores); and her brother Basil Elipani (late Mary).

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel (102 East Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451). A prayer was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Jude Catholic Church (241 W 2nd Ave, New Lenox, IL 60451). A burial was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Good Shepherd Cemetery (16201 104th Ave, Orland Park, IL 60467).
