She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Garavaglia and Frances Garavaglia; her husband Aloysius "Al" Sefcik; and her son David Sefcik (Renee). She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Sefcik (Janet) and Michael Sefcik (Judy); her grandchildren, Michael Sefcik Jr., Aimee Sefcik, Marc Sefcik, Scott Sefcik (Alexandra), Eric Sefcik (Helena), Casey Sefcik (Sydney), Kylie Gallik (Dominik) and Matthew Sefcik (Amanda); and her great grandchildren, Halee, Connor, Justice, Melina, Vanessa, Lydia, Riley, Astrid, Ragnhild, Jettson, Jaxon and Ryleigh.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel (102 East Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery (20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL 60421).
