He is survived by : his wife Linda; his children, Sarah Maddux (Mike) of Newark, IL and John "Dub" Fosen III of California, MD; his grandchildren, Alexis Dixon of Newark, IL and Breannyn Dixon of Newark, IL; his brothers, Ken Fosen (Jackie) of Morris and Ron Fosen (Cindy) of Rittman, OH; and his brother-in-law Rich Hamilton of Ruston, LA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
