She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul Andrew and Mary Elizabeth Reavill (Danser); her stepfather Harold Norman Snider; and her brothers, John Dixon Reavill and George William Reavill.

She is survived by : her husband Rodger Burton of Newton, IL; her sons, David Burton of Newton, Andy Burton of Tuscola, IL and Jason Burton (Barb) of Gibson City, IL; her grandchildren, Andrea, Amy, Miranda, Charlie, Hannah, Darynn, Wade and Preston; her half-brother Robert Snider of Indianapolis, IN; and her pet Hazel. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
