She is survived by: her mother Marilyn Powell (Bowser); her husband Rick Sladek; her children, Krista Byers (Jim), Jenna Earnest (Matt) and Michael Sladek (Brandy); her grandchildren, Jack, Charlie, Grace Byers, Ella Earnest, Gabriel Dillenbeck, Jeremiah Romero and Joshua Romero; her great grandchild Hendrix Clements; and her sister Karin Maligie (John). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In honor of Cris's love for animals, the family kindly requests that donations be made to your local animal shelter in lieu of flowers.
