He is survived by : his wife Kathy Maginn (Wiseman) of Newton, Illinois.; his children, Steve Maginn of Oblong, Illinois, Rachel Mann (Jason) of Lausanne, Switzerland and Wayne Stennett (Melissa) of Boyleston, Illinois.; his grandchildren, Kalissa Maginn, Nevaeh Maginn, Kevin Maginn, Kaelynn Stennett, Liana Stennett, Isaac Mann and Ava Mann; his aunts, Evelyn Parisot of Bettendorf, Iowa, Addie Jo Maginn of Indianapolis, Indiana and Rose Wetzel of Noblesville; his uncle Joseph Maginn (Mary Lu) of Fishers, Indiana; and his siblings-in-law, George Wiseman of Walker, Louisiana, Glen Wiseman (Michelle) of Browns and Sara Chiarello of Mt Carmel, Illinois..
