She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius Dhom and Florence Dhom (Schafer); her husband Charles "Charlie" Edward Dhom; and her siblings, Margaret Cunefare, Edward, Gary, Henry and Thomas Dhom.
She is survived by: her son James Dhom (Donna); her grandchildren, Katrina Schoonover, Matt Dhom (Sara) and Josh Dhom (Bailey); her great grandchildren, Daniel, Nick (Raven), Alice, Olivia, Trevaun (Sabrina), Anissa (Von), Gabriel, Naomi, Asher, Arin, Danika, Katelyn and Dylan; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Kyla and Kandace; her great great grandchildren, Nora, Von, Monte and Lincoln; and her sisters, Rose Orr (Harry) and Susan Sparks (Tony). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Meyer Funeral Home - Newton (307 W Jourdan St, Newton, IL 62448). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at the New St. Peter Cemetery (14060 IL-33, Newton, IL 62448).
