He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard R. "Red" and Mary Bennett (Rentz); his grandson Dominic Miller; his brother Richard E. "Eddie" Bennett; and his parents-in-law, John M. and Norma Gonda.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Bennett of Newton, Illinois.; his children, William Bennett (Dana) of Hobbart, Indiana, Lynnette Griffith of Hastings and Ryan Bennett of Newton, Illinois.; his grandchildren, Megan Bennett, Karlynne Miller, Brookelyn Bennett, Lindsey Bennett, Vincent Gray and Hunter Miller; and his sister Rene Bennett of Florida, Several.
In loving memory of Rob, memorials may be made to the Jasper County Shop with a Cop and may be mailed to the Bennett Family 13706 East State Highway 33, Newton, Illinois 62448.
