He was predeceased by : his parents, George Stanley and Mary Lois Hayes (Bieber); and his brother Ed Hayes. He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Hayes of Newton; his sons, Todd Miller of Normal and Kevin Miller of Effingham; his grandchildren, Macey Miller, Audrey Miller, Hunter Miller, Ripken Miller and Gracey Koester; and his brother John Hayes (Kathy) of Newton.
