He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul McKinney and Naomi McKinney (Fonner). He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Ginger" Howard; and his children, Randy McKinney (Dawn) of Harristown, Joel McKinney (Suzy) of Westfield, IN, Jeff McKinney (Chris) of Niantic, Dale McKinney (Ann) of Decatur, Carol Stacey (Jed) of Illiopolis, Paul McKinney (Rae) of Harristown and John McKinney of Decatur. He is also survived by 32 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
