She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Gurga; her children, Karen Sullivan (Mike), Jim Gurga (Judy) and Bob Gurga; her sister Helen Miller (late Ray); and her parents, Andrew Vesselits and Antonia Vesselits.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janice Eichler (Pete) and Beth Stalec (late Larry); and her grandchildren, Tracy, Lisa, Catherine, Carrie, Paul, Christy, Missy, Michael, Scott, Robyn and Peter Eichler. She is also survived by five children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the American Heart Association.
