We are sad to announce that on November 26, 2020, at the age of 96, Dorothy M. Schnirer of Niles, Illinois, born in Wheatfield, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dorothy M. Schnirer to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Schneckenburger and Minnie Schneckenburger; her husband Joseph Schnirer; her son David Schnirer; and her siblings, Helen, Caroline, Leonard and Virgil.
She is survived by: her children, Larry (Toni) and Gail (Denise); her grandchildren, Lori, Matthew (Emily), Sara, Brent and Jaclyn (Manny); and her great grandchildren, Breanna, Alexandra, Logan, Tyler, Mackenzie, Avery and Emery.
Consistent with the Covid-19 State of Illinois restrictions for gatherings, the services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Immanuel Lutheran Church, 855 Lee Street, Des Plaines, Illinois 60016 would be appreciated.
