She was predeceased by: her husband John Dombrowski; and her parents, Stanley Surma and Catherine Surma. She is survived by: her children, Arlene DeMichele (Donald), Roger Dombrowski (Bonnie), Anita "Sherry" Benn (Ronald) and Judi Martina (Joe). She is also survived by 5 brothers.
