It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean H. Dziadus (Niles, Illinois), who passed away on July 12, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Peter; her children, Mary Smialek (Matthew) and Peter, Jr. (Jeanne); her grandchildren, Matthew Smialek, Holly Kelly (James), Scott-Michael Smialek and Susan-Lily Garcia (Christian); and her great grandchild Emberlynn Grace Garcia.
