She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Jakubow; her children, Zane Jakubow (Lucia) and Marion Jakubow (Lori); her parents, Tekla and Gregor; and her siblings, Emil, Paul, Mike, Wally, Marion and Mary.
She is survived by: her children, Frances Mazzulla, Anastasia Jakubow-Rashtchian, Baba (Jason) of Anastasia, Alexander Jakubow (Devon), Cyrus Rashtchian, Larissa Jakubow, Julia Jakubow and Franklin Jakubow; and her great grandchildren, Will, Evan, Amelia McCargo and Dagny Jakubow.
