He is survived by: his parents, Inga and Werner; his siblings, Tadeusz Hanusiak (Joanna), Joanna Gorski (Mariusz) and Chris Hanusiak (Agnieszka); his fiancé Tiffany Scarola; his siblings' children, Cyndi Velez (Michael), Peter Hanusiak (Athena), Robert Hanusiak, Nicholas Hanusiak, Isabella Hanusiak, Michael Gorski (Jazmin), Olivia Hanusiak, Chris Kazimierz Hanusiak and Nichole Hanusiak; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jacob, Sofia and Mila; and his cousins, Gregory Hanusiak (Karen) and Karol Hanusiak.
