He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret and Michael; and his aunts and uncles, Lena, Mary, Tommo and John.
He is survived by: his wife Dympna Neylon (McGuire); his sons, Philip Neylon, Robert Neylon, David Neylon and Raymond Neylon; his siblings, Geraldine, Bernie and Assumpta; his siblings' child Aoife; his brother-in-law Tom; and his cousins, Irish and English.
