It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Regina Josephine Apolinski (Niles, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on October 6, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Entombment will be in the St. Adalbert Mausoleum. (COVID-19 Precautions: Due to current conditions Visitation and Service are limited to 50 people and all attending are required to wear a face mask over their mouth and nose. Social distancing is also required. MSW requests email addresses for contact tracing and will be doing temperature checks prior to the service).
