It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vilma J. Parker (Niles, Illinois), who passed away on September 5, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jesus Grande and Justina Velasquez Grande; her son Paolo O'Yola; her siblings, Dr. Raul Velasquez, Amanda Velasquez, Erica Pelto, Nelly Yataco and Elizabeth Michals; her friend Robert Pelto; and her siblings' children, Gretchen, Elizabeth, Justine, Carmen Rosa, Paola, Gina, Gary, Josef, Peter and Carlos.
