Larry D. Gunter Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Larry D. Gunter of Norris City, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 26, 2025 at the age of 70. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Larry D. Gunter to pay them a last tribute.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Freeman Gunter and Violet Gunter (Gossett); his wife Brenda; his children, Scotty Gunter (Allison) of Nicholasville, KY and Amanda Earl; his stepson Shawn Allen Kueber of Carrier Mills, IL; his sister Susan Stuart of Evansville, IN; his grandchildren, Jacob Gunter, Abigail Gunter, Michael Earl, Kalisha Earl and McKenzi Earl; his great grandchildren, Haisleigh Earl and Lakeynn Earl; and his cousin Curtis. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Campbell Funeral Home (201 E Main St, Norris City, IL 62869).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Larry's memory to Black Cemetery in Mt. Vernon, IN or to a favorite charity and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Norris City or by mail to 609 W.
