He was predeceased by: his nephew Sam Scoleri; his parents, Joseph and Pauline; and his brother Sam (Cathy). He is survived by: his son Patrick (Kristin); his grandchildren, Kiley, Annabella, Benjamin and Makenna; and his sibling's children, Joseph and Mia.

During the visitation, it is still recommended to follow the Illinois guidelines limiting gatherings and guests should continue to wear masks and practice social distancing.
