We are sad to announce that on March 21, 2021, at the age of 68, Thomas R. Caulfield of Oak Forest, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas B. Caulfield and Carmela A. Caulfield (Arduini); and his wife Carol Caulfield (Rose). He is survived by : his daughters, Trisha Koerner (Brian) of Plainfield and Caitlin Pell (Jeremy) of Oak Forest; his grandchildren, Cailey, Caiden, Casey, Cassidy Koerner, Cooper and Jackson Pell; and his sister Teresa Caulfield. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
