He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Ann J. Depa; his children, Donald (Maria), Kathy Ruffolo (Lou), Cindy LaBay (Rick), Steve (Nancy) and Gary Depa (Kim); and his siblings, Walter Depa (Delores), Estelle Benda (Russell) and Mary DeWolfe (Fernan). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
