She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Fitzpatrick and Patricia Fitzpatrick; her husband Andrew Slonskis; and her brother Kevin Fitzpatrick. She is survived by: her children, Julie LaFrancis, Elizabeth Kappel (Todd), Paul Slonskis (Laura), Margaret Brown (David) and Theresa Prado (Daniel); her grandchildren, Olivia, Rose, Jacob, Rudie, Elliana, Emmet, Vance, Bella, Daniel, Maxwell, Zoe, Evelyn and Isaac; and her sister Michelle Mirecki (Edmund). She is also survived by loving mother to her five children.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Blake-Lamb Funeral Home (4727 W 103rd St, Oak Lawn, IL 60453). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
